The apartment and location is great. The roommates are also cool. (I live with reandom girls all the time, not friends I knew previously.) The singles ward is good for singles wards in Rexburg. Id recomend it for all guys and girls who are looking for a place.
-they have a laundry mat, gym, piano, tv, tanning beds, computers, cleaning checks every other week (they are thorough, so it's difficult to be a slob)
It also is decorated to feel like a home. The managers are cool and help out.

Pretty good apartment complex. I liked it. I lived there for 4.5 years and it's very close to campus. I love living in a house!! This house holds 6 girls, it is big enough you don't feel like your on top of each other. Major disadvantage only ONE bathroom. When I lived there, there was no TV so there was no way to watch any movies. The microwave also had a tendency to trip the breaker causing the internet to go done, almost once a week. Major bonus FREE laundry in the basement!! American Belle is great. Super close to camp; prices are different then they were last spring. The managers are great and are when it comes to clean checks they are very understandable. Plus we just got new internet!!! The prices are higher then they normally are, and you don't get a lot for your money. |
