Not to bad of apt not very much closet space.

One great thing is that you live across the street from campus which is very nice during winter time and if your car likes to break once in a while. Internet always slow even after moving access points, so that's very annoying.
If you live on first floor you can definitely hear your neighbors elephant feet, loud laughs and naughty stuff if they like to be loud and not considerate of others.Yep, walls are paper thin. But good thing is that you can always turn on a fan in the bathroom which blocks most of the noise, YAY!! Either way, we like living in this apartment complex even with some negative feedback.
